Overview of the Tartarian Technocracy

          As the Ross 47 conflict continued to spiral out of Sovereign Grand Inspector Khazar Rothschild's control, he began increasing the firepower of his fleet in the Ross 47 star system. The first move Khazar made was to abandon the old "Space Cruiser" style of vessels in favor of his own version of the new "Cosmo Cruiser" concept. He was well aware of the gravity of the situation and knew that in order to prevent Doctor Donaldson's Cosmo Dragoon fleet from gaining the upper hand, he would have to bring the full weight of his space forces into the star system and gain control of the Moon of Good Hope, or at the very least, the artifact found on that moon.
          The arrival of the Neo-Hebrew forces at the Moon of Good Hope, and their subsequent capture of the Prodono Goro Duragal in AD 2192 caused another major shift in the plans of both Doctor Donaldson and Sovereign Grand Inspector General Khazar Rothschild to compensate for the newly acquired manufacturing capability of the Neo-Hebrews. Once Central Control of the Prodono Androids was aware of the Prodono Goro Duragal being found by the Xanadu survey team, a new dilemna presented itself for Khazar's Tartarian Technocracy. That being the alliance struck between the Orion Theocracy and the Prodono Android fleet. This new alliance was the worst case scenario against Khazar's ambitions for control of the Local Group of Stars. He knew that the sands of time were running out for all of his ambitions and that the thing hidden on the Moon of Good Hope was far worse and far more important than the abandoned Prodono Goro Duragal. He unleashed his newer Protean fighter designs and heavy warships into the Ross 47 star system to secure it no matter the cost.
