Description/Overview:
The introduction of the PS-01 Protean Fighter by the Jovian Defense Forces and then other Protean Fighter types in the Neo-Hebrews of Saturn, caused panic in the Council on Stellar Reliations in the late 2170s. They knew they needed their own type of Protean fighter, and quickly. Therefore, a transformable mecha program was started in 2178 and the first production model was the PA-He162 built at the end of the 1st Interplanetary War. The CSR mass produced this Protean Attack fighter for planetary assault, and base defense forces. By the time of the Outer Sphere War, the PA-He162 was considered obsolete, and so the Tartarian military relegated the fighter to "Ghost" status, meaning that it would be piloted primarily by Tartarian built android pilots. Therefore, the PA-He162 fighters used during the Ross 47 conflict that would lead into the 2nd Interplantary War were all considered "Drone" or "Ghost" mecha.
