In general, the nuclear dampeners provided moderate to considerable resistance to energy weapons and was able to cause missile warheads to either explode or go inert within its area of effect.

DESCRIPTION:
            The Revenge class of space battleship was the first attempt at fitting a Kurita class space battleship with an Intersection Drive unit.   The size of the ship was increased by 30,000 tons to accommodate the new systems which reduced the speed of the ship in normal space, but not enough to be of any major concern to the LaGrange forces.  The Revenge also had additional weapons added to bolster the class against fighters, assault shuttles, and other small craft.  The deflector fields were also upgraded to level-02.  Outside of those minor changes, the ship was nearly identical to the Kurita.  Only four Revenge class ships were built: SBB-07 Revenge, SBB-09 Champion, SBB-11 Invincible, and SBB-13 Insuperable.
