It's been awhile since I've done a weekly update. Currently, I'm recoding the RPG pages into CSS. I'll be doing the Compendium next. I'm happy to announce that I've just gotten the "Proof" in from the printer for Nexus Arcana the Stygian Conspiracy. It's everything I hoped it would be thus far on my initial inspection. I'll be spending this weekend going over the text with a fine-tooth comb as I look for last minute mistake or problems. LadyWarrior will also be giving it a once over this weekend... -

No luck.
There is apparently an issue with 4.1.2 which causes a fatal database error.
Thus, I rolled the website back to 4.0.6.
Perhaps I'll try again later once vB has solved the problem. -

I'm currently going through the entire website (homepage, compendium, RPG pages, etc.) in order to update this prototype into a working model. Once the CSS are done, and the pages finialized (for now), I should have the first volume of my trilogy of novels ready for sale. Due to the insane volume of spamming on the Nexus Point forum area of the board I have created a new user group that has higher privleges than the normal registered user.
This new user group is the Nexus VIP Member. This group is able to post anywhere on this board at their leisure without need of moderation. Source Book 1: The Stygian Conspiracy is now completed
The first sourcebook for the online D30 RPG system is now finished and uploaded to the server.
This chapter has ALL the character classes necessary to play in the Stygian Conspiracy timeframe.
It also has all the equipment for TAL-N and TAL-M, as well as generic vehicles and weapons (with pictures) for the timeframe of the story.

Forum clean up and reorganization.
I'm still tweaking things a bit around there to get them where I want them. I created the Nexus Point main board to give new commers an idea of what this forum is intended to be for. It's primarily a creative writing and Role Playing Game board for the D30 RPG. However, it can also be an online hangout for anyone who enjoys music, reading, writing, art, or the like. I've been doing a great deal of work behind the scenes here at Nexus Arcana and have decided to revamp all of the RPG over to a more easily navigable system (just adding an active X control that allows a Jump Menu).
With that players and game lords will find what they're needing much faster than before.
Currently only the vehicle construction guide has been done.
I'll be converting the other pages continually until all of them are done.

I have finally gotten around to adding the "Critical Thinker's Club." Geseric is now a Nexus VIP, and will be the last VIP in the 20 post system. Due to the high number of spammers trying to register, post, and of course spam; I have now changed the rules to where you must have 100 posts (rank Yesod) before you can be considered for VIP status. It's now January 2012, and we're still here.
The behind the scenes work around here has been going on for nearly a full year.
The compedium, role playing game, and forum have been undergoing continuous upgrade over that period of time.
I hope to have the new CSS for the Compendium completed by March or April.
The Mecha Manual will also be done around that time.
