Description/Overview:
          As with all of the ships recovered at the second moon of Chi Orionis IV, the O'Nella Rue 197th Generation Escort Carrier was something of an enigma. Why the Varna built it is totally unknown. The craft seems to defy the conventional warship designs of the Prodono, and Varna. The Prodono Androids who found the derelicts of thi class of ship speculated that it was likely a Landing Ship Tank type vessel meant for planetary assaults. This assumption was furthered by the fact that only about four hundred of these vessels were found in orbit, a number far less than the Frigates, and cruisers, and nearly equal to the attack ships found in orbit around the moon. Only twenty-four of these craft were repaired and restored to combat readiness and added to the Chi Orionis defense fleet. The remainder were transported to the Orion Theocratic Republic's home systems for study and development of Varna based technologies.
