Description/Overview:
          The Xur T'Dan 201th Generation Cruiser of the Varna was apparently an older design that had been upgraded to newer capability. It lacked assault and ballistic weapons, but had an impressive array of high-density laser cannons, rotary ion blasters, and a sizeable battlesuit compliment. Of the nearly 800 derelict cruisers found, only forty-eight were able to be repaired and restored to combat readiness. The others were shipped off to the Orion Theocratic Republic's Trapezium Cluster colonies for study. The hope was that the Galactic Free Republic could discover the secrets of the Microspace drive systems of the Varna ships in order to improve the space-time dilation of their spacecraft.
