Description/Overview:
         Like the other Prodono Alliance vehicles encountered during the Outer Sphere War, very little is known about the Type-170027 K'Kan Lo other than it is an ancient pre-Prodono Galactic Republic (not to be confused with the much older Prodono Stellar Republic) armored personnel carrier that was built sometime during the Prodono Alliance (Galaxy-spanning political body that succeeded the Prodono Stellar Republic). The K'Kan Lo was a general combat unit armed with a pair of mushroom-shaped rapid-fire Meson beam emitters that were used mostly against power-armored and heavy armored troopers and light armored vehicles.
        The K'Kan Lo APCs encountered by the Earth-borne powers in the late 2180s were operated by Prodono android forces and were very old. Most had been in hibernation state with their four nuclear-fusion batteries in a state of stasis (meaning nuclear material was separated and not active allowing for near infinite storage). The Prodono used an atomically unstable isotope of their own creation dubbed barrillium 455 by the Principality of Altair scientists who discovered the android fleet at Altair 6. This isotope was stored at absolute zero (in space) to slow down its degradation (half-life of about 1.5 million years, and a usable lifespan of approximately 550,000 years). The isotope, when combined with liquid Deuterium or Tritium within an electromagnetic super-criticality chamber, allows for megawatt output levels in a small nuclear-fusion battery (approximately 31 cubic inches/508 cubic centimeters to generate 95-megawatts). The biggest drawback of the nuclear-fusion battery is its active lifespan is only 95-days before it requires refueling.
        The APC "floats" on a bed of gravitons generated by four anti-gravity generators located in each corner of the bottom of the vehicle. While these gravity units provide lift, they do not provide propulsion. One ion-engine fitted to the back of the armored personnel carrier does. However, the gravity generators do provide breaking action and banking/steering.
        The K'Kan Lo has a main defense consisting of four K'Tellar Ubrich Plasma-type deflector field generators. These level-2 generators provide considerable protection for the tank, however, if the plasma-fields are blown down, the tank does have 1-inch of energy resistant armor plating to help it survive on the battlefield.
