Description/Overview:
             The Michael Romanov class was built by the Neo-Hebrews of Saturn as a refit of the very successful Kiev class space battleship of the UN Solar Empire.  The Michael Romanov class itself was refit in 2177 and was one of only three space battleships refit to this configuration until late 2178 when the Jovian Defense Forces chose this configuration for the command ship type of their Extra-Solar Expeditionary space fleets.  The Michael Romanov uses the same beam turrets as the Kurita class EFSN space battleship only it has one more turret than the EFR ship.  It also has greater firepower than the Kurita, but not the level of protection.  Nor is Kurtia FTL capable, whereas the Michael Romanov is.
