I would make an argument for FLCL instead. 6 episodes of pure, concentrated awesome.
But....but....it's Code Geass. :p
I actually have a love/hate relationship with FLCL, although I do recognize it was/is extremely popular and IS the most popular anime comedy of this last decade.
As a side note, I've got to get the smilies fixed.
I've finally downloaded a shit-load of them to my main computer here, but I have to rename them and upload them to the server.
The all seeing eye is always watching.
I second FLCL. Truly it was a masterpiece.
I also have to say CLANNAD and Samurai Champloo.
Code geass was excellent in the first season, and the second felt disjointed and misconducted halfway through the second season. The final arc of the second season was.... is a personal matter for me I won't debate here.

The all seeing eye is always watching.
Sweet trailer Prime, thanks for providing that! I hope this is going to be a good anime just like the others, but with out the questions left hanging. For one, I don't really care if there aren't any of the original characters in this anime because it looks like it could have a potential to hold its own.
Can't wait for it <3!

Deprived of his royal heritage, the young boy Lelouch takes on the role of the masked rebel "Zero" to rise against his homeland, the Holy Britannian Empire, in a "Black Rebellion". As the anti-Britannian sentiments among the people grow, the empire uses overwhelming force to attempt to crush all who stand against it.
As these events transpire, something else is happening in Europa. Here, the European Union (E.U.) is also facing extreme military pressure from the Holy Britannian Empire, and the defense line is gradually being pulled back. Faced with certain defeat, the E.U. forces assemble a special elite task force - "W-0" - the Wyvern unit. This special unit is led by a young girl - Layla Markal, a former Britannian aristocrat. Also in the unit as a pilot is Akito Hyuga. The unit is made up of backup forces from the E.U. as well as Japanese boys and girls, together they pilot Knightmare Frames in a totally reckless operation with a low chance for survival.
