I'm partial to the Bioshock and Gears of War games myself.
Didn't care much for the Xbox360 Halo games, but the fist two games for the Xbox were excellent IMHO.
However, I did really like the intro music for the first game.

Now, I'm not saying that I don't like this music...but don't you hear a little bit of Riverdance in there? Especially at about 1:00 min to 1:30?
