Rule Book 1, Chapter 1 complete

I've just completed and posted Rule Book One (Weapon and Armor generation) Chapter 1 (weapons) in the online RPG forum.

This chapter consists of parts A through R and covers everything from ancient to sci-fi weaponry.

The next chapter of Rule Book one (Armor) has been started and should be completed by next weekend.
