What a pain in the butt

After reading through the EULA requirements extensively and discussing the standard Rules of a multitude of other websites online (some vBulletin, and other companies such as [adult swim]'s rules) I have loosened up the rules considerably (which is what I had wanted to begin with, but...).

All forum members who registered before the change are NOT subject to the old rules.
New members who register now that the rules have changed will simply have to follow what is posted in the rules section.

I prefer is simple and easy to follow, the way it is now thus it is NOT likely to change anytime in the future.
